The Australian Coeliac is the national magazine of The Coeliac Society. It is available exclusively to our members. It provides members with articles, updates on research, food labelling and ingredients, recipes and cooking tips, travel stories and information, dining out experiences, members’ stories and comments, a children’s section and news from around Australia.
