The Australian Coeliac magazine is a full colour national magazine, available to all members of the Coeliac Society. Our magazine is produced quarterly and provides members with: Articles of interest - Updates on research, food labelling and ingredients - Recipes and cooking tips - Travel stories and information - Dining out experiences - Members' stories and comments - A children's section - News from around Australia
The Coeliac Sentinel is the NSW State newsletter distributed as an insert to The Australian Coeliac. The Sentinel provides NSW members with information about upcoming members’ events and updates to the Associate Member, Where to Buy and Restaurant Lists

Access to Member Support Events
Information Sessions are held bi monthly for new members and not so new members who would like to update their knowledge
Shopping Tours are held bi monthly with our Dietitian and provide members with an opportunity to practice their label reading, find new products and get some health eating tips along the way
Cooking Demonstrations are held throughout the year
Special Events: Annual Gluten Free Expo - Kids’ Party - Christmas Picnic - Health Seminar
Associate Membership
Associate membership is also available to health professionals including doctors and dietitians, and businesses who provide a gluten free food service e.g. restaurants, food manufacturers and retailers of gluten free food.
Associate members receive to all of the information and services listed above. Associate membership also includes any relevant listings e.g. in the Sentinel, the restaurant list, Associate member list and the Dietitians list. A member discount is available for Sentinel advertising. The additional option of having a certificate and window sticker indicating your association with the Society is also available. Members feel more confident using the services of an Associate member whom they know has an interest in the gluten free diet.
A Patient Resource Kit is now provided to Dietitians when they join the Society. The kit includes a range of resources to assist Dietitians when educating their patients who have coeliac disease.
