Shopping Tours (members only)

Take a couple of hours and be guided through Coles with a shopping tour leader. Bring along your latest ingredient list book and discover the large amount of products that are not marked gluten free but are safe to eat.

Tours cost $10.00 each and must be paid for at the time of booking. You must book your tour in advance as we are limited to four people each tour.

Food Labeling Workshop (members only)

Do you struggle with reading food labels? Not sure if you can safely eat some products? Are you only buying products that state 'gluten free' on the packaging?

We have introduced a two hour food labeling workshop which will be run at the Spring Hill office once a month. This workshop is not just for the newly diagnosed.

Bookings are essential. The workshop is $15.00 per person and includes morning tea and a set of workshop notes. Each workshop is limited to eight people. Workshops must be paid for at the time of booking.

Children's Christmas Party

The 2009 Children's Christmas party was held on Sunday 22 November at Spring Hill. It was a great success with children enjoying a sausage sizzle lunch, gluten free party food, a visit from Santa and entertainment by Glen the Magician.
